Passed my licensing exam (Albuquerque)

I finished a short course in Albuquerque while looking for work as a line cook. It was hard to study with so much going on. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
