Passed my licensing exam after 10 years as a janitorial supervisor

I passed my exam on the second try. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. I already had an interview request. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
