Passed my licensing exam after 10 years as a data-entry clerk

I finished a short course in Madison while looking for work as a data-entry clerk. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
