Passed my licensing exam - 7 weeks in

I finished a short course in Kansas City while looking for work as a call-centre agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Congratulations! Put it at the top of your résumé and mention it in your cover note.
