Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear (Wichita)

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as an IT help-desk technician. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It is a small amount, but it feels huge. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
