Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - what worked for you?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a call-centre agent. It has been weighing on me all week. It is a small amount, but it feels huge.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
