Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - first time posting

My first paycheck after 5 weeks arrived today. It has been a long 5 weeks. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
