Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - first time posting

I paid off a bill that had been weighing on me. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
