Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear (Austin)

I paid off a bill that had been weighing on me. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I made a list of what to pay first. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
