Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a machine operator. Thank you in advance. I made a list of what to pay first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
