Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - any advice?

I paid off a bill that had been weighing on me. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I made a list of what to pay first. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
