Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - any advice?

My first paycheck after 8 weeks arrived today. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
