Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a customer-service rep. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the lender and they worked with me. Wanted to share a good day.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Congratulations! Small wins matter a lot.
