Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a recruiter. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I made a list of what to pay first. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
