Paid off a bill I thought I would never clear - 5 months and counting

I paid off a bill that had been weighing on me. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I called the lender and they worked with me. Wanted to share a good day.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
