Paid it forward today - what worked for you?

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
