Paid it forward today (update)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. This is my first time dealing with any of this. He started on Monday.

That is lovely. It does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
