Paid it forward today (update)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
