Paid it forward today (Tucson)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
