Paid it forward today, logistics coordinator here

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
