Paid it forward today - first time posting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
