Paid it forward today - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I do not usually post, so bear with me. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
