Paid it forward today - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
