Paid it forward today - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. He started on Monday. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
