Paid it forward today

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
