Paid it forward today (Cleveland)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. Thank you in advance. He started on Monday. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Nice work. Referrals count for a lot.
