Paid it forward today - any advice?

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I worked as an office manager before this. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
