Paid it forward today after 6 years as a sales associate

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
