Paid it forward today after 6 years as a mechanic

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It has been a long 21 weeks. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
