Paid it forward today after 3 years as a procurement assistant

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
