Paid it forward today after 15 years as an event coordinator

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I worked as an event coordinator before this. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
