Paid it forward today - 9 months and counting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
