Paid it forward today - 7 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. I was nervous but it went well. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
