Paid it forward today

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
