Paid it forward today

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
