Paid it forward today - 21 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. It has been weighing on me all week. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
