Paid it forward today

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
