Paid it forward today - 2 months and counting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
