Paid it forward today - 12 months and counting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. This is my first time dealing with any of this. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
