The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 11 of waiting.
