My unemployment claim was approved (update)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
