My unemployment claim was approved - any advice?

After 19 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
