My unemployment claim was approved - 6 months and counting

After 18 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
