My unemployment claim was approved - 14 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I worked as a software tester before this. I am so relieved.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 17 of waiting.
