Moved into a new place after weeks of searching - what worked for you?

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I worked as a delivery driver before this. A local programme helped with the deposit. If you are searching, keep going.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
