Moved into a new place after weeks of searching (update)

We moved last weekend and I finally feel settled. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The landlord took a chance on us. It was worth not giving up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
