Moved into a new place after weeks of searching, office manager here

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The kids have their own room again. Thanks for all the tips.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
