Moved into a new place after weeks of searching (Detroit)

Wei Okafor · 2026-08-19T00:00:34.306Z

After 16 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Detroit. It has been a long 16 weeks. The landlord took a chance on us. If you are searching, keep going.
