Moved into a new place after weeks of searching (Cincinnati)

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The landlord took a chance on us. Thanks for all the tips.

Congratulations! That is a big weight off.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
