Moved into a new place after weeks of searching after 18 years as a retail manager

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A local programme helped with the deposit. Thanks for all the tips.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
